Can I replace a selected product before I ship my order?

Once you have selected the product you want to buy, you can choose its quantity, color and size. Click the "Shopping Bag" button. Here you will check the status of your orders so far.

You can change the quantity of this item by increasing or decreasing its quantity. To read the new number, press the "Confirm" button.

Deleting an item from the cart is done by pressing the "X" button at the end of the row.

Do I have to register?

It is not absolutely necessary to register To shop from the e-shop.

All you have to do is just specify the data we need to make the delivery.
But to make sure we and you exactly what you ordered, we recommend sending your request through the site. Nonetheless, as a registered or unregistered user.

What I win if I register?

 By simply logging in, you will be able to send queries without the inconvenience of completing all the data required to make the delivery.

You will be able to track the history of your orders.

You will receive discount codes for your campaigns in your email.

Registration is one-time and your data will be stored in our client database. If you change a piece of information (address change, new email, etc.), you should update your subscription profile. The data is strictly confidential and will only be used for the delivery of the products you have ordered, and the accuracy of the information you provide will facilitate and guarantee the trouble-free delivery.

How soon will come my order?

Usually delivery to an EU country will arrive within two weeks.

After completing your order, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail with your order number. From now on you can always check the status of your order in your user account.



For the territory of Bulgaria:

Orders made until 15:00 are processed and usually shipped the same day.

Orders placed after 15:00 on weekdays begin to be processed the next business day.


Orders made on a weekend start to be processed on the first business day.


It takes up to 2 business days to process and send the order.


We have all items in stock, but in unforeseen circumstances, sending them may be delayed for more than 2 days and you will be notified in good time.
