The delivery to Europe is done through the partners of Bulgarian Posts. For the territory of Germany shipments are shipped from DHL.
Typically, supplies to any country in the European Union arrive within two weeks.

The price for delivery outside Bulgaria is:

For orders up to 25 Euro - 12 BGN - (6 Euro)

For orders from 25 Euro to 50 Euro - 14 BGN - (7 Euro)

For orders from 50 Euro to 75 Euro - 16 BGN - (8 Euro)

For orders from 75 Euro to 100 Euro - 18 BGN - (9 Euro)

Once your order has been completed, we will send you a confirmation email with your order number and price. In your account, you can always check the status of your order.
We will also notify you by email as soon as your shipment leaves our premises. In this email, you will also receive your tracking number, which will allow you to track the delivery of the postal service page.
Courier makes only one visit to your address. If he does not meet you personally, a note will be left notifying you of the visit and the shipment will be left at the local post office. If you do not take your order from there for 14 days, the shipment will be returned to lord.bg.
If you do not receive your package within three weeks, although we have sent a delivery confirmation, please contact us by e-mail info@lord.bg. Customer service will tell you what to do.
