Please note that you can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods. However, we can only take back an unused product.

Please make sure the enclosed labels are not removed and the goods are not dirty or washed. In case of a claim, this will save us and your time and effort.
When you try out the clothes, we ask you to observe hygiene and in particular to try underwear or swimsuits only on your own underwear. We will accept all returned goods that are unused, clean and undamaged.
We ask for understanding that only goods with an original label and in a state like before the sample can be returned to the store. In the case of obvious signs of wear (makeup and lipstick stains, smells, etc.) the goods can not be returned and unfortunately will have to pay compensation in the amount of the purchase price. In this case, the goods will be sent back to the customer and the purchase price will be deducted as compensation.

The return costs are paid by lord.bg if the return is at his fault - the wrong amount was sent, the product has a defect or does not correspond to the description on the site.
If you decide to return the goods at will, the shipping costs for returning the goods will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. For this, please use the same shipping method as the one you received the shipment - by mail.
After receiving the goods at our store, we will immediately refund you the value of the goods. In confirmation of receipt of your claim, we will send you an email informing you of the number of returned items and the amount you will be refunded.
Please keep the postal receipt until you have received confirmation from us that we have received the goods.
